Hard anodizing is a metal surface enhancement technology achieved through electrochemical reactions, specifically designed to improve the durability of metals (especially deformed aluminum alloys and die-cast alloy components). It is an efficient and reliable metal protection solution in industrial applications. The thickness of the resulting oxide film is typically controlled between 25-150 μm. It should be noted that there is a correlation between film thickness and performance - as the thickness increases, the surface microhardness may slightly decrease, and surface roughness may correspondingly increase, requiring precise adjustment according to actual application needs.
