Common coating methods include painting, powder spraying, and plastic spraying. The main steps are as follows:
(1) Cleaning: Soak the aluminum alloy products in an alkaline solution to remove surface grease and impurities.
(2) Priming: Apply a layer of primer on the surface of the aluminum alloy to enhance the coating's adhesion and corrosion resistance.
(3) Topcoating: After the primer is dry, apply a layer of topcoat to improve the decoration and protection of the aluminum alloy products.
(4) Curing: Place the coated aluminum alloy products in an oven to cure the coating.
